Review the manufacturing range and order process

Build a product matrix before widening the range

Start with the extension systems and shades your salon channels need. A simple product matrix connects each construction with its physical colour reference, length, weight and pack configuration.

If more than one country or customer channel uses the range, retain one product identifier and approved reference for the same specification. Record any different pack, label or construction as a separate version.

Specification fieldInformation to record
Product identityConstruction, reference code and specification version
Hair specificationUsable length, hair-only weight, material and end-fullness direction
Pack definitionPieces, sections or strands, with attachment dimensions where relevant
Colour referencePhysical swatch plus approved finished construction
DestinationCountry, postcode and shipment requirements for each order

Qualify blonde and dimensional colour physically

For cool, beige, rooted or dimensional directions, send a physical colour ring, swatch or finished extension. The starting material and processing route need to suit the target shade. A screen image helps communication but does not replace physical approval.

Compare the colour on the construction you intend to sell. Shade placement can look different on a wide weft, a Tape-In piece and a narrow bonded strand. Retain that finished sample for repeat-order comparison.

Keep replenishment and destination decisions separate

A repeat order should identify the approved sample and written version, including any change to colour, length, pack count or branded presentation. Review altered specifications before treating them as an unchanged reorder.

Provide the actual destination and shipment basis for a freight quotation from Qingdao. Request separate product, packaging and freight amounts where helpful. Production timing, shipping timing and the agreed responsibilities should be confirmed for the order.

Prepare a European range brief

  • Constructions and initial reference products
  • Physical colour references and planned shade names
  • Usable lengths and hair-only weight by selling unit
  • Pack configuration and private-label scope
  • Intended countries, destinations and order quantities

Start with the range matrix and one priority sample. Sample quantity, feasibility, pricing and timing are reviewed for the actual specification.
