MANUFACTURING FLOW

Not every product uses the same processing method. The applicable route is confirmed according to the selected material, construction and custom requirements.

Requirement Review

Product type, hair quality, length, colour, texture, weight, construction and packaging are reviewed.

Hair Selection

Human hair is selected according to the requirements of the intended product.

Sorting & Preparation

Hair is organised by relevant characteristics before further processing.

Colour & Texture Development

Processing is developed according to the target result or approved sample.

Product Construction

Prepared hair is made into the confirmed weft, tape-in, tip, clip-in, wig or hairpiece construction.

Finishing

The product is finished, conditioned and prepared to the confirmed specification.

Quality Inspection

Colour, length, weight, appearance, construction and packaging are checked as applicable.

Private-Label Packaging

Products are packed to the confirmed standard or customer branding requirements.

Final Confirmation & Shipping

The order is prepared for shipment after the required checks are complete.

Technical specifications may vary depending on the selected hair material, product construction, colour and order requirements. Final specifications are confirmed during sampling and before bulk production.
