Requirement Review
Extension system, material, usable length, colour, texture, net hair weight, end fullness, construction and packaging are reviewed.

HAIR EXTENSION MANUFACTURING · QINGDAO, CHINA
Hair-extension production begins with a confirmed system and specification. Material, usable length, net hair weight, colour, texture, construction, attachment dimensions and packaging are then organised around the approved requirement.
INSIDE PRIME HUMAN HAIR
This video and the photography below show our own factory environment, traditional and automated bleaching processes, and dyeing areas in Qingdao.
MANUFACTURING FLOW
A weft, Tape-In, keratin bond and individual strand do not use one identical production route. The applicable material, colour, preparation and construction stages are confirmed around the selected extension system.
Extension system, material, usable length, colour, texture, net hair weight, end fullness, construction and packaging are reviewed.
Human hair is selected according to the finished extension construction, target colour and processing route.
Hair is organised by relevant characteristics before further processing.
Processing is developed according to the target result or approved sample.
Prepared hair is made into the confirmed extension system, such as a weft, Tape-In, keratin-bond strand, I-Tip, Nano Tip or Clip-In. Other human-hair constructions are handled separately according to their own specifications.
The product is finished, conditioned and prepared to the confirmed specification.
Colour, usable length, net hair weight, end fullness, texture, weft, tape, bond or strand construction and packaging are checked against the applicable specification and approved reference.
Products are packed to the confirmed standard or customer branding requirements.
The order is prepared for shipment after the required checks are complete.
Each extension system is developed around the selected hair material, target colour, usable length, net hair weight, end fullness and construction. Once the sample is approved, the confirmed product and packaging details are recorded as the production reference.

FROM MATERIAL PREPARATION TO FINISHED EXTENSIONS
Production begins with the selected extension system and approved specification. Human hair is prepared and sorted, colours and textures are developed, the required Weft, Tape-In, bond, tip or temporary construction is produced, and the finished product is checked for length, weight, fullness, colour, construction and packaging.
Length sorting gives the manufacturer better control over the material entering production. After cleaning, raw hair can be separated into defined length groups before storage and later selection.
This helps control usable length, end fullness, product weight and consistency when the hair is developed into different extension systems.
FROM OUR QINGDAO FACTORY
After cleaning, human hair is separated into length groups before storage and later product development. Length sorting supports control of usable length, net hair weight and end fullness across different extension specifications.

These videos show production stages used after material preparation and before finished-product inspection.
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION
Prepared hair moves into the applicable construction stage according to the selected product. Construction requirements such as width, weight distribution, attachment dimensions and piece configuration are recorded in the product specification.
COLOUR PROCESSING IN OUR FACTORY
Prepared colour components are blended to create the required shade distribution before product construction. Blend ratios and placement requirements are recorded within the approved colour and product specification.

FACTORY GALLERY

Premium QC should compare the finished product with the approved specification and physical reference.
Depending on the product, checks can include material appearance, colour, usable length, net weight, end fullness, texture, construction dimensions, weft or bond stability, packaging and batch consistency.
Repeatability improves when product requirements are recorded rather than kept only in messages.
The manufacturer should retain approved samples, colour references, dimensions, weight, construction details and specification versions. When a buyer changes one variable, the revised specification should be identified as a new version.
QUALITY CONTROL
Inspection points vary by product and order. The applicable checks are agreed around the product construction and approved reference.
