State the unit and measurement basis together

A value is only useful when both parties know what was measured. Record usable hair length separately from attachment dimensions, and hair-only weight separately from the finished piece or pack.

Use centimetres or millimetres consistently for the relevant measurement. If an existing supplier uses another unit, keep both the original stated value and the agreed converted value in the written record.

Write separate records for tape and bonded strands

For Tape-In, specify the construction, tab dimensions, hair-only weight per piece and pieces or pairs per pack. Include the intended replacement tape and removal procedure in the sample review.

For K-Tip or another keratin-bond format, specify the requested bond shape, dimensions, hair-only strand weight and strand count. Compare several strands, not only a pack average. I-Tip and Nano-Tip belong to different attachment systems and should remain separately identified.

Keep the approved sample tied to the written version

Record the physical shade reference, material definition and construction with the dimensional sheet. Keep installation or removal observations separate from hair washing and styling observations.

When a length, bond, tab, colour or pack configuration changes, record the change before repeat production is reviewed. Provide the German destination and shipment basis separately for the freight quotation.
