From specification to sample

From our Qingdao manufacturing base, we help French buyers develop Tape-In, keratin and weft collections with custom hair quality, colours, lengths and packaging. A physical sample brings the product and colour direction together before production.

Human hair manufacturing capabilities

Custom human hair extensions, bulk hair, closures, frontals, toppers and wigs for professional brands and salons. Choose straight, wavy or curly textures, with OEM/ODM and private-label options from sample development through production.

Your quotation sets out the agreed specifications, quantities, pricing and production schedule.

Review the manufacturing range and order process

Turn a shade name into an approval reference

Your shade name, internal colour code and physical reference should identify the same intended result. For blonde, beige, rooted or blended directions, supply a colour ring, swatch or current extension where possible.

State where the colour sits on the finished product: root depth, transition and distribution through a weft, tape piece or strand. Approve the finished extension as well as the colour direction, because construction changes how the shade is seen.

Approve the product before the French-language artwork

Once the product is agreed, connect it to the product card, label, bag or box. If your packaging uses French, provide the final wording, product names and artwork for review. Keep shade and length identifiers consistent with your internal range.

Packaging dimensions, quantities and production timing are reviewed separately from the extension. Check the finished layout against the approved product and pack configuration before approving artwork.

Give the quotation a defined selling unit and destination

State whether the quoted unit is one weft, a set of fixed sections, a pack of Tape-In pieces or a count of bonded strands. Record net hair weight separately from attachments and packaging so quotations can be compared.

Include the French destination postcode, sample or production quantity and preferred shipping method. Freight is quoted from Qingdao for the actual shipment; production and delivery timing are confirmed separately.

Prepare a France product and brand brief

  • Product construction and current reference
  • Physical shade reference, root and blend direction
  • Usable length and net hair weight per selling unit
  • Pieces or strands per pack
  • French artwork and packaging scope, if required
  • Destination postcode and sample or production quantity

Share the product and colour reference you already use. We can review the sample direction before developing its branded presentation.
