GRADE DEFINITION
The above-95% figure describes cuticle retention for this specific Prime Human Hair grade. It is not a statement that every product in our catalogue uses the same grade, nor does it mean that every fibre is completely untouched.
Cuticle retention and root-to-tip alignment describe different characteristics. Record both alongside the intended colour, processing route, length, net hair weight and end fullness.
