Compare the product before the price

Identify the same construction, material definition, usable length, net hair weight and selling unit in each quotation. A lower price does not itself prove a different product, but a price comparison is incomplete when these fields differ.

For a supplier change, begin with one current SKU and a physical reference. Compare the new sample using the same documented wash, colour and attachment checks before considering a wider range.

Review Arabic and English artwork separately from the hair

Supply the required language, product identifiers, colour names and final artwork for labels, cards, bags or boxes. Keep the approved product code and pack configuration consistent across the packaging.

Material and sample approval do not automatically approve packaging wording. Review the printed layout, quantity and timing as a separate part of the programme.

Name the actual Saudi receiving destination

Provide Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Eastern Province or the other actual city together with full delivery details. Identify sample versus production shipment, quantity and any requested receiving date.
